Food was great, friendly service. Atmosphere is very cool. Tom & Rose from Auburn, WA.

This cafe came as a recommendation from friends. We arrived early enough to avoid a wait for a party of five. The service was friendly and efficient. Pro-tip: get the biscuit. They are homemade, oh so fluffy & delicious. I ordered the ABTJ omelette. The highlight was the biscuit. I could have eaten a few more. Light buttery goodness. The table had plenty condiments, including a great jam option. The omelette was hearty, piping hot and filling. Lots of great breakfast options, served as an omelette, skillet or over hashbrowns. A great downtown spot to check out!

Worth the short wait! We enjoyed a brunch and the eclectic decor. The Hammerhead coffee was the best drip coffee I can remember having. The staff was really friendly and attentive. We will be back.

I must have passed by this breakfast style restaurant a dozen times and never noticed it in the last 2 years while servicing my downtown rental but this time a prospective tenant took me to lunch here yesterday. It is a cozy place with great music, but best of all the owner is a master egg chef. I ordered the California in omelette style with veggies (no meats) and it was just awesome. The meal went too fast to take pics of it ... next time .. Fresh toast and a just-right hot chocolate, then top that off with friendly staff and it makes for a wholesome experience.

Thank you for the best omelette Little Cheerful Café! Your food is delicious. I got the Business time omelette and I loved it! My only complaint is there isn't enough seating because we all want to get into this amazing restaurant. -Savannah Signing Off

We had such a great time at Little Cheerful! The food was good and the portions very generous (extra delicious prawns)! The menu is very flexible in that you can make all kinds of requests. The place is charming in a fun, silly way. The chefs are fun, but the most fun was our server Rachel. She is a wonder and filled with heart and soul--oh, and outstanding service too!

Boy let me tell you about this gem . We were recommended here by a friend and he wasn't joking . This place is the spot . Service was cheerful as the name says . The food was out of hand good . Get the biscuits. Best biscuit I have ever had even got 12 Togo and a bottle of the mixed berries jam . We will be back .

Friendly service, casual and artsy ambience just as many local restaurants in Bellingham. This little cafe is rated the top breakfast place in Bellingham by a few YouTubers. Street meter parking is free until 11am on weekdays. I like their coffee and hash browns are fries pan fried crispy. Next time we go there we will try their Egg Benny for sure.

We went back twice when we were in Bellingham. My wife loved it. I really appreciated that they had some ways to be adventurous. I got the the Mystery Burrito the first time and it was loaded with mystery and deliciousness. I don't have any "defintiely not" foods so it was fun to see what they would do. The second time I went with the pimped mystery hashed browns. So freakin goood. I wish I could have eaten my leftovers but we were heading back that day. The place is classic downtown bellingham with tattoos and a late hipster vibe. The service was good, but the only negative was the lack of airconditioning while the sun beat directly into the restaurant. So if you are discomforted by heat, you might wanna hit they up earlier in the day if it's gonna be a warm one. Without a doubt we will be back to try so many of the different things they offered on the menu.
